First meeting &
shared vision
The first meeting is always free of charge and here you tell me what your challenges are and I listen and ask questions.
After the first meeting and discussion of what you want to achieve, I draw up a assignment description
so that we have a common vision and common goals to work towards.
Design & delivery
When we agree on the assignment, the design work can begin.
The result is presented in a concept and proposal document. After you have approved it, I will produce all the documents needed to procure and complete the project.
I am with you at all stages of the process, from the first meeting to follow-up of contracts, deliveries and moving in
Collaborations & sustainability
Each assignment is unique and requires different skills to be completed in the best way.
I have a good network of various technical consultants and also collaborate with project managers and
change managers.
